Frequently Asked Questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time and keep access until the end of your current billing period.
What if I miss a month?
No worries! Your monthly story credit rolls over. You can create it whenever you're ready.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Plan upgrades and downgrades are supported and apply at the next billing cycle.
Is my child's data safe?
A parent or guardian must consent before a child profile is saved. Photos are scheduled for deletion after character generation, and stories pass through automated safety checks with uncertain results routed for human review.
Can I gift a subscription?
Gift subscriptions are coming soon! In the meantime, you can purchase individual stories as gifts.
