Acceptance and Eligibility
By using Adventures Of, you agree to these terms. An adult parent or legal guardian must create and control any account used to make stories about a child. Do not use the service if you do not agree to these terms.
The Service
Adventures Of uses automated tools, including generative AI, to create personalized stories and illustrations. Available formats, features, prices, and delivery estimates are shown before purchase and may change for future orders.
Your Account and Content
You are responsible for accurate account information, account security, and having permission to upload each photo or other input you provide. You must not upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, or inappropriate material, or use the service to impersonate, harass, or exploit another person.
Generated Content and Safety
We use automated content checks and may reject, revise, or remove requests that do not meet our safety rules. Generative AI can still produce unexpected, inaccurate, or imperfect results. A parent should review a story before sharing it with a child and report concerning content to us.
Payments, Credits, and Subscriptions
Stripe processes payments. The checkout page shows the current price and what is included before you authorize a charge. Story or print credits have no cash value and can only be used with Adventures Of. Subscriptions renew for the displayed billing period until canceled and may be canceled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Refunds and Printed Products
Because digital stories are generated for a specific customer, completed digital purchases are generally not refundable except where required by law or where the service was not delivered. A print order may be changed or canceled only before it enters production. Contact hello@adventures-of.com promptly if an order is missing, damaged, or materially defective.
Ownership and Permission to Process
You keep your rights in content you upload. You give us and our service providers permission to host, transform, and process that content only as needed to operate the service. Adventures Of retains its rights in the platform, software, templates, and brand assets. Subject to third-party rights and these terms, you may use your finished stories for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Availability and Liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that generated content will be error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to that claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow all warranty exclusions or liability limits, so those limits may not apply to you.
